Terms & Conditions

General

• A1minibus is a group that brings together several charterers, there is not always correspondence between those who take charge of the service and those who perform it.
• the applicant is obliged to indicate in advance any special requests such as: high number of luggage, child seats, disabled transport, etc..
• a night supplement of 10% is applied (minimum 10 euros) for requests from 22.00 to 06.00.
• Clients in a state of drunkenness who return to the vehicle are required to compensate the damage for a sum varying between 300 and 500 euros (cost of cleaning and vehicle downtime).

Companies & Business

• After the stop time at the airport, the parking cost is charged € 5.50 or otherwise according to Save conditions.
• Companies with consolidated payment report 30 days given invoice.
• For companies without a consolidated report, a 50% advance can be requested for amounts over 200 euros.
• Service cancellation with a minimum notice of 3 hours.. no charge.

Private

• Service cancellation with a minimum notice of 6 hours.. no charge.
• Service cancellation with less than 6 hours notice 50% charge.
